Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement.
